Sales Policies

Thank you for your interest in my bags, and for your purchase. I want you to be completely satisfied with your bag, and with this in mind, I will accept returns if:

1. I am notified immediately upon arrival of the bag, that the bag does not meet your expectations.

2. That the bag is returned in new, unused original condition in original packaging.

3. The bag must be returned within 3 days of receiving it (shipped out).

4. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Purchase price of bag less the cost of shipping and credit card/echeck processing charges will be refunded once bag is received back in like new unused condition.

Because I want you to be happy with your bag, I provide clear pictures of each bag from all angles for your viewing. All photos are very accurate and representative of each bags quality, colors, and details. Please examine the photos of the bag carefully before purchasing to insure your satisfaction. All dimensions of each bag is listed below the photos. Although I do reproduce the designs of each bag, each bag is an original and I sometimes vary sizes from bag to bag although it may be the same design. I will never reproduce the same bag in the same fabric with the exact same details, therefore you can be sure that you will have a one of a kind bag. If you purchase a bag in a design that you love and come back to purchase another of the same design in a different fabric, please be aware that the dimensions of the bags may vary a little from each other, but dimensions of each individual bag will always be noted below the photos.

All designs are my original hand drawn designs, and therefore are copyrighted. No permission is granted to anyone to use my bags as patterns for reproductions.

Shipping is provided through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. I will ship your bag within 1 to 2 days of your purchase, unless your purchase is made on a Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. Shipping charges are added upon checkout through PayPal. I prefer to ship within the U.S. only.

If you would like to purchase a handbag as a gift and would like to me send it directly, please email me when making your purchase with your request. I will enclose a gift card with your name and will gladly ship the bag directly to the recipient. I will not enclose any price information with the bag and will ship the bag wrapped in white tissue with my logo sticker on top.

All bags are shipped in a plastic bag for protection and I do reuse shipping boxes to do my part with recycling.

Lay-Aways

If you would like to Lay-away a bag, please email me instead of using the paypal "Add to cart" button. I will need your email address, name, address and phone number, plus the bag that you would like to lay-away. I will then send you an email invoice through PayPal for you to place a $25.00 deposit to reserve it. Then once a week for 4 weeks, I will send an email invoice to you for the remaining balance including taxes and shipping, divided by 4 until the balance is paid in full. There is no fee to lay-away, however, if you do not pay the payment due each week when the invoice is sent, there will be a charge of $5.00 added each week a payment is not made or made late. In addition, if the bag is not paid for at the end of 4 weeks, the lay-away will be canceled, and I will refund the amount that has been paid less a default charge of $25.00 for the month that I held the bag for you. You will be able to click on a PayPal button right from the email invoice to make your payments. You may use charge cards, echecks, and instant transfers to make your payments. When the bag has been paid in full including shipping, I will send your bag right out to you by Priority Mail.
